BJJ School Essex has evolved!

We are pleased to announce that BJJ School Essex has grown and become New State Academy. We now have a new, well equipped studio in central Romford.

As a result, our timetable has grown as we now offer more BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai and Submission Wrestling classes. Please checkout the New State timetable for more information.

Classes, Prices & Facilities

We provide Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling / No-gi Grappling classes throughout the week, at two locations in Essex.

Students of all abilities are welcome. Beginners will first be taught the fundamentals of the art, progressing to more advanced techniques as and when they feel ready.

We recommend that new starters try to attend one of the beginners classes that are held on Wednesday and Saturday, if you have any questions feel free to contact us beforehand (see right).
